A Damien Hirst tragedy

Sensitive artist.

In case you don’t know the works of Damien Hirst, here are some clickable samples:

Butterflies. Gloss Household Paint and Collage on Canvas, 2007

For the Love of God, 2007

Mother and Child (Divided) exhibition copy 2007 (original 1993)

There are more mushy cartoons like this in my book, Peter Duggan’s Artoons, now out in Australia and New Zealand as well!

“Irreverent and uproariously hilarious…Peter Duggan’s Artoons is sensational…I can’t remember when I last laughed so much…I’m blown away by Artoons. It’s genuinely hilarious…I absolutely love this book…It’s just brilliant!”

  1. Hello Peter,
As I mentioned before I found your arttoons in Hirst office toilet on the wall. Would you like pictures?
I have few ideas about Damien for your artoons.
    Not hesitycontact with me

    1. Ha! So that’s where they end up. He has bought quite a few of the originals. From all reports the toilet seems to be the preferred destination of my book too. Perfect loo reading. And yes, I would love to see pictures. Thank you Antoine. You say you have mentioned this before but I don’t recall. I was complimented once for living in the moment but that’s because I can’t plan ahead and my memory is a sieve. So I sincerely apologise if I have forgotten but have we met?
